Help with setup, codes, backups, and optional sync.

Contact support

Email [email protected] with the subject “Authenticator Support”. Include your app version, device model, operating system version, and a description of the problem. Redact account details from screenshots. Never send a PIN, TOTP secret, verification code, recovery key, or exported vault. This mailbox is shared with other DevinWorks products; include the app name.

A code is not accepted

Set your device date and time to automatic, confirm that you chose the correct account, and try a fresh code before it expires. This app supports standard TOTP accounts, not HOTP or proprietary migration QR formats. If you cannot access the destination account, use that service’s recovery process.

Import or restore a backup

Import this app’s JSON export or a text file containing one standard otpauth://totp link per line. Keep the original file until import is confirmed. Exported JSON is readable and must be stored securely. Device-bound local backup history may be unavailable after uninstalling, clearing data, or losing a device.

Cloud sync and recovery

Check your connection and authorization status. If the app says the service is not configured, local use remains available. Cloud recovery requires your authorization code and saved recovery key and revokes previously linked devices. Support cannot recover a lost recovery key.

Delete data or ask about privacy

Follow the Account & Data Deletion instructions or email support. See the Privacy Policy for information processed by local and cloud features.
